A Johnstown man wearing boxer underwear, socks and a shirt was arrested late Tuesday on charges of attempting to break into an Old Conemaugh Borough business and threatening to kill a woman who lives nearby.
Wow. This one’s right up there with the fat naked screaming woman who was arrested on Adams St years ago…
